The owner is really great and does everything he can to make your stay a joy. The villa is really beautiful, the view is really beautiful, in short, for this price there is really nothing better, definitely recommended!

Elvis was very helpful and gave good recommendations for where to go and what to do. The villa's location was fantastic; pieceful surroundings and a nice view. There are over 40 turtles on the lower lawn, who we greeted daily. Two mini-markets within 200m from the villa. And Berat is a wonderful town.

The only minor issue is that there's AC only in 3 of the 5 bedrooms.
